Latest news concerning La Revenante |
| October 19,2008 Today was supposed to be mainly a meeting of the core group to discuss and view the work that has happened over the summer and to discuss the 2009 sailing season. Some of the principals could not attend in the end so those that did enjoyed a nice day, looking over the ship, having a lovely lunch prepared by Linda Fairhead and in the end doing some important work. We also welcomed Paul Lauzon who came for the day and has expressed interest in helping on the project and perhaps being involved in some of the sailing adventures. Paul just recently retired from the Museum of Civilization where he was the head of the Conservation Division, a man of much knowledge and many talents. Follow this link to see the latest images. |
